- Yes. The free tier is free forever for a single user with full access to CRM (up to 500 contacts), tasks, chat, files (1 GB), and basic AI. No credit card required, no time limit.
- How does per-seat billing work?
- You're billed $12 per active seat per month. Add or remove seats anytime — billing prorates automatically. Annual billing saves ~17%.
- Can I try the team plan before paying?
- Yes. The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual customers can request invoice + ACH.
- Is there a discount for nonprofits or education?
- Yes — 50% off for verified nonprofits and accredited educational institutions. Email support@layerui.io with documentation.
