Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Layer UI ("the Service"), provided by Bamberg Digital ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts and Workspaces
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and workspace. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access; using the Service to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or violating any applicable law.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. The free plan is free forever for one user with the limits described on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed per active seat per month or annually. You may cancel anytime; the workspace remains active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Customer Data
You retain all rights to data you upload ("Customer Data"). We process it to provide the Service per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Customer Data and do not use it to train AI models.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Bamberg Digital. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. Upon termination, you may export Customer Data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
